Hi I'm Nikki!

I grew up in Waihi on a lifestyle block where I spent my days riding horses, and I enjoyed my holidays on my grandparents’ dairy farm in Thornton.

At 19, I moved to Australia and spent the next decade working there, being the Finance Manager for a software consultancy, leading a bookkeeping team and delivering software training to clients nationwide.

When I returned to New Zealand in 2020, I set my sights on transitioning into financial accounting with a focus on agri-business, which led me to Farmit. Since then, I’ve completed my Bachelor of Business, majoring in accounting, and I’m now working towards becoming a Chartered Accountant.

These days I live in Kawerau with my husband and our two sons, and when I’m not working, I love getting outdoors with the family—whether it's hunting, fishing, or just enjoying time together.
